Delivered alongside HG Construction, Shootersway involved the design, manufacture and installation of 63 bespoke balcony systems across a substantial residential development in Berkhamsted.

Working closely with structural engineers and site teams, Burvills developed a complete balcony package incorporating structural subframes, integrated balustrades and decking systems. Every element was engineered to meet required loadings while maintaining a consistent architectural appearance across the scheme.

The challenge lay not only in fabrication, but in coordinating installation alongside the wider construction programme. Through careful planning and phased delivery, the project was completed efficiently without compromising quality.

The result is a series of balconies that contribute to the identity of the development while providing durable, functional outdoor space for residents.
