The architecture dissolves the distinction between inside and out, opening every principal space towards the sea. For Burvills, the challenge was to create a collection of architectural elements capable of withstanding one of the world’s harshest environments while maintaining the level of refinement expected of an exceptional private residence.
From staircase balustrades and garden gates to concealed drainage systems and bespoke pool detailing, every component was developed specifically for the property. Materials were selected not only for their appearance, but for their ability to perform within a salt-rich coastal climate for decades to come.
Marine-grade stainless steel forms the foundation of the project, chosen for its exceptional resistance to corrosion. Powder-coated finishes provide an additional layer of protection while ensuring visual consistency throughout the residence.
The result is metalwork that feels effortless. Durable enough to withstand its environment, yet refined enough to disappear into the architecture.
