3D Scanning & Processing Services

Our Artec Leo can be used for scanning a range of objects, from small mechanical parts to the human body, cars, boats or crime scenes. The applications are wide and far-reaching, including industrial manufacture and quality control, healthcare, forensics, VR and e-commerce. We provide mobile and scanning services supplying fully processed 3D meshes in various formats. At Burvills we use the scanner to mitigate mistakes and ensure all aspects of each project are made to perfection.

Our Bespoke Service

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if there’s a service you require that you don’t see below.

Step One

On receipt of an enquiry, we work with the client to understand their design needs, budgets and any time constraints they may have. With this information, we are able to produce and issue an estimate.

Step Two

Providing the client is happy with the estimate, we meet on site for a pre start meeting and to take a detailed survey. 

At this point we issue a deposit invoice of 40% to cover design and material costs.

Step Three

We then produce detailed 2D or 3D drawings (depending on the project) for client approval. These drawings can be revised accordingly to ensure that the client is totally satisfied with their design. 

Once the drawings have been approved, we move onto manufacture.

Step Four

We keep our clients updated throughout manufacture and let them know when we expect to install/deliver their project.

Once installed and the customer is 100% happy with their project, an invoice for the final payment will be issued.
