Project Summary:

Our team recently collaborated with Concept Bespoke on a successful private client project in Windsor, involving the design, manufacturing, and installation of several key staircase elements. We began by manufacturing and installing subframes for the main staircase, which were later clad in timber. Once the cladding was complete, we proceeded with the manufacturing of the balustrade, featuring a CNC hoop design with over 250 bespoke hoops. The handrail was crafted from American White Oak and finished in a rich dark ebony through French polishing.

The hoop balustrade design extended to the spiral staircase leading to the basement. This required meticulous planning and execution due to space constraints, but the end result perfectly aligned with the aesthetic of the main staircase.

For the exterior, we designed and manufactured a lightwell staircase and balustrade, where each tread was built to accommodate stone inserts. Our custom spindles were drilled and secured individually into each tread, ensuring stability and durability.
